im alive!

yey! im back ;D. the first 3 days of college was fine, and the first 4 days of being away from my parents was okay too. i love my dormmates, they are so nice. hehe. and funny. :) haha. yun lang, have to go na, im not yet done with the friggin reflection papers due on wednesday. hehe. bye bye cherry pie ;O.

and the geek shall inherit the earth

haha. familiar? thats a line i read from dan brown's angels and demons. he calls me geek kasi even though im not a geek, i just enjoy reading books. so i remembered him when i read that line. hehe :) anyways, its a good book. but it was disappointing. hehe. for me lang yun ah, i dont know if its the same with you. i guess miracles really do happen. haha. i know dan brown wasnt trying to imply that we should have more faith in the churh, heck, i think he's trying to imply the opposite. but i agree with what he wrote. it was something like we all seek one God. totoo naman diba? even though we have different religions, different practices, different beliefs, we are all seeking one God. whether its Allah for you, Jehovah for them, God for me, its just the same.

i realized one important thing: we should LISTEN. sometimes we just talk and hear, but we dont really listen. if the camerlengo listened to the Pope, he wouldnt have done what he did. hehe. i dont wanna spoil the suspense if you havent read the book yet. basta maganda. i read it in 5 days, maybe youll finish it in just 2 or 3. hehe. maganda kasi talaga :)

ayun. wala lang. im in my mom's office. waiting for mykee, ang tagal..... hehe. well go to mikee's house later :)

a summer night in heaven

haha. wala lang. i just feel like blogging. changed my friendster lay out na. hehe. i told kit id do it tomorrow, eh sinipag kanina, kaya un. hehe. i just dont know if what i did was right. haha. ayaw lumabas nung bg image eh. o baka mabagal lang kasi browser ko. creation pa naman un ni kit. hehe. ang galing :)

ive been doing a lot of thinking lately. things are much more confusing and complex when you dont talk about it right? hehe. i mean, you dont know where you guys stand cos you dont talk about it nga, even if you know you have to. and even though you now you have to, no one wants to bring up the topic. haha. nobody knows why. haha. fucker. i guess we do.

a simple whisper from your voice then i fade away. im done reading lisa wingate's good hope road. its a good read. its very inspiring and it makes you think about things. plus it makes you look at life in a more positive perspective. its about 2 people who belonged to a town which was swept away by a tornado. so yun, it makes you think about being thankful to God for all the blessings youve got. sabi nga dun, it doesnt matter if the old lady is losing her memory. there are people who lost so much, that maybe they even forgot what they lost.

it also made me think about the "what might have been" thing. i mean, a part of the story kasi is about the old lady being bitter about what happened to her relationship with old man june jaans. they used to go out kasi way way back, then one night, june jaans and her sister ivy eloped. ivy got pregnant. they got married. ivy died during labor, and so did the baby. so yun. thats what eudora, the old lady, knew. then after so many years, they were grandparents na, they talked about it. turned out, june didnt really det ivy pregnant. he just married her cos he overheard ivy and a girl talking outside a bar and ivy said she was planning to undergo abortion, and he wanted to help. so there.

they mightve ended up having grand kids together and spending the years before them together. when the cogs of fate turn nga naman.
